REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

This "Request for Qualifications" (RFQ) is official notification pursuant to I.C.5-16-11.1-4 of needed professional services for the City of Indianapolis, Department of Public Works, Services (DPW, Services). This RFQ is being issued to solicit statements of interest from firms qualified to perform engineering work on upcoming projects identified under the Capital Improvement Program. A submittal of a qualification statement does not guarantee that the firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice to the City of Indianapolis that the firm desires to be considered.

This web-based system enables you to submit qualifications for City of Indianapolis Capital Improvement Projects without having to file a single piece of paper with the City. Although you are welcome to supplement an electronic submittal with paper, you must submit electronically in order to be considered. The paperless process provides an additional benefit to contractors: changes, updates and additions to your qualification can be done online all the way up until the actual deadline given by the City.
